Recommend Snipster. Get a share of what your referrals pay.

If you make content about video editing, clipping or creating, you can share your personal link. When someone signs up through it and becomes a paying customer, you receive a commission on their payments.

How it works

  1. 1Sign in and open Affiliate in your Studio to get your link.
  2. 2Share it in your bio, descriptions, videos or posts. A visitor who signs up within 30 days of clicking is credited to you.
  3. 3Each time a referred customer pays an invoice, you receive 30% of the amount they paid excluding tax, for their first 12 months of paying.

The details

  • Commission: 30% of what each referred customer pays, excluding taxes, on invoices in US dollars, for 12 months from their first payment.
  • Hold: commissions are held for 30 days, which is the refund window, then approved. If a payment is refunded or disputed, its commission is cancelled.
  • Payouts: made by hand, once a month, to the PayPal email you save in your dashboard, for approved balances of $50.00 or more. Smaller balances carry over.
  • Taxes: you are responsible for any taxes on what you receive.
  • Tracking: attribution uses a first-party cookie for 30 days. The first affiliate who referred a customer is the one credited.

Affiliate rules

  • Be honest. Don’t promise views, virality, income or results that Snipster doesn’t promise.
  • Disclose that you’re an affiliate where the law or the platform requires it.
  • No referring yourself or accounts you control, no fake sign-ups, and no spam or misleading ads.
  • Don’t bid on the Snipster name in paid search, or imitate our site or branding.
  • We may withhold or cancel commissions for rule breaches or suspected fraud, and we may change or end the program with notice.

Do I need to be a customer?

You need a free account to get your link. You don’t need a paid plan.

Can I refer people to the free plan?

Yes. You earn commission only when a referred customer pays.

When do I get paid?

Commissions are approved after 30 days and paid manually once a month, when your approved balance reaches $50.00.

What if a customer gets a refund?

The commission for that payment is cancelled. Commissions already paid out aren’t clawed back automatically, but we may adjust future payouts.
